Books, Teaching Materials, Information & Recommendations
I would like to introduce a really good website: Clean Eating Japan.com
CEJ (Clean Eating Japan) made a website that lists foods and lifestyle goods that they feel fit into what most people would agree are the Clean Eating category.
They show you products available in Japan that fit in with the clean eating ethos.
Instead of having to spend hours researching each product to see if it is grown without pesticides or herbicides, to check if it does not have any Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO free), to check if the eggs are free rage, to check if the meat is without antibiotics, and so on. CEJ lists foods that you can add into your shopping basket with confidence.
These are all foods and products that they and their members use themselves. Take a look!

Here are my stories and experiences of living in Japan.
Hi there. I’m Tom Whitaker and Japan has been my permanent home since 2002. This site is my little place on the web. It brings together books I have published or helped others publish, teaching materials I have made, products & services I have used that I can recommend, and some stories and experiences of my life in Japan that may or may not help you when you are next making your own decisions. These are some of the useful things I know now in Japan.
